Hello dear readers! As I am writing this it is November 22nd, around 1pm, and I’m in my family’s blue Subaru, squished in the back row with my two brothers (luckyly I get a window seat!), while my father is driving, and my mother is passenger princess, with two dogs in her lap. Tillie and Lemon.

I have been on hundreds of car rides before, because we’d travel with my dad for his work. Not all of the car ride I remember though, being to young, but I have a feel for what they’re like. XD As I’ve gotten older they’ve definitely changed.
When I was younger, we had limited screen time, and would play games, and listen to family audiobooks. Some games we’d play were; The Licenses Plate Game, The Sign Game, The Alphabet Sign Game, and so on. It was fun, but being in an enclosed space with my brothers would more often than not lead to fights. I surprisingly don’t have any memories of fights, I’m sure my parents do though. 🤗
As I’ve gotten older, and our car trips are less often, and shorter, I spend most of my on my tablet. I’ll read, listen to music, watch movies, listen to books, and the like. Today I’ve so far only read some of a Manga series I’m in the middle of, took a nap (XP), and listened to music, LOTS of music.
Some car trips aren’t bad, while others are a nightmare. It really depends on my brother’s and my attitude. After a nap, and having noise cancelling headphones, I’m pretty happy today. (: Naps tend to make me in a much better mood, even though I usually have a neck cramp afterwards.
The reason for this car ride it to visit my great grandmother. She’s around 95 years old, and sadly hasn’t been doing well. We’ve decided to take the weekend to drive up, and see her. I’ll probably only get to see her for a little on Sunday, but I will be staying in an Airbnb with my Aunt and Uncle. Which I’m super excited about!
My Aunt and Uncle live a few states away, so I really only get to see them on special occasions. I miss them a lot when they aren’t around. 💕
Anyway, today is not only the subject of a 3 and half hour car ride, but it’s also my dad’s birthday! The big 40. 🤪 Even though we don’t always get along, I hope he knows how much I love him. Because, I love him so much.
I would also like to say, before I close off, that I might not be able to get my snow blog post in. DX Seeing as I am probably going to be busy tomorrow, and I didn’t manage to get it done during the week. I also can’t push it off to next weekend, because I already have plans. ): It really is a sad thing.

P.S It is now around 4:30 as I am writing this, and we’ve arrived! The Airbnb where we are staying is absolutely amazing. I wish I lived here. XD
